Our office is happy to participate in several vision and medical health plans. The following is a list of the plans in which we are network providers. This list may change from time to time, so if you don’t see your plan here please give us a call and we can let you know the current status. If we do not accept your insurance plan you always have the option to be reimbursed by your insurance on a out-of-network basis, in which case we will help you in any way we can with documentation or filling out claim forms.
